Eeekkk Swim Suit Season!!!!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Express. All opinions are 100% mine.

Do you cringe when you hear the Triple S (Swim Suit Season) mentioned? I know I do! I know a lot of people hit the gym the last few months of Winter hoping to get that nice body, but not me. I just buy a really snazzy bathing suit hoping no one will see those love handles. So when I saw the new women's swimwear Spring line from Express I was absolutely SMITTEN!  I love how they are all simple but fun. A lot of them are very colorful which you know I have to have. Hello beautiful yellow bathing suit GOODBYE love handles! I will be wearing this one to the neighborhood pool.

Some love for the entry

The entry of the new house is….big…. its more like a room!

I really didn’t know how to fill that space other than having a nice little space for hooks. Hooks for the adults and hooks for the kids. Then of course and comfy bench underneath.

Simple boards from Lowe’s one painted, one not.

Both boards painted. I didn’t want to paint them on the wall because we are renting and I want to be able to take them down.

My handsome helper.

I have to add one more coat of paint to the bench and the table (I thought about doing some fun colors! Suggestions?) I also need to go back to Hobby Lobby and buy some more of the hooks for the bottom board.

Missing hooks… sorry I wanted to show you guys! I’m impatient.

The shelves to the left of the hooks and bench I will slowly fill up.

I feel like the bench makes the hall table look TEENY! It looks normal in real life. Weird!

We do have a hall closet and I will hang over flow coats in there but I also use that closet to put my broom and vacuum and such.

So there it is.

The tall, weird shaped niche I have no idea what to put there so if you have any ideas let me know! I have this big jug I thought about putting some tall sticks/branches/flower/things in it and putting it in there. No idea?

Everyone likes to save money right?

I am really on this saving kick lately. In this post I started a 30 day challenge of not eating fast food or restaurants for a whole  month. It would save us money and heck maybe we will loose a few pounds around here. Plus isn’t it better to KNOW what is in your food. Also on a plus side I love cooking with my kids.

I have to admit that I am a shopaholic and most days I go over board with my spending so I have a folder of bookmarks of all my favorite coupon sites and ways to save money. It is pretty time consuming to visit each one when I want to save money. Most days I just want to skip over that part when I am headed out to the store. That is until I found this wonderful site
Coupon Chief. I can literally go to this ONE site and type in ANYWHERE I am going and it will pull up the coupons for that store.

See the ‘Saving Money’ bookmark?

Going out to Target?

Ok here you go.

Or maybe Home Depot?

Some are online only and it will tell you.

I love using this site and it has made the work easier for me to save the most for my family.

Give it a go and let me know what you think?

Do you have any money saving tips?

Thanks for stopping by!

This has been a paid review but this was my opinion after using the site!
I only review things on the blog that I personally use and things I think you will like.

Spring Fever

Well hello there!

If you have not notice I have Spring Fever! I was looking around the house and really needed some color so I looked through my stash of goodies and come with with this.

One hot glue gun
One chipboard letters or letters of any kind
One string or twine
Some sort of fabric

I cut my burlap into triangles and I hot glued the letters for Spring on them. I laid the letters upside down, make sure you go backwards GNIRPS for me so when you glue the string down and pick it back up the letters are going in the right direction!

And then hang! This project is really about using what you have on hand! Heather over Our Life in a Click just did a St. Patrick’s Day banner!

I feel like I need some plants flanking the fireplace. Does it look naked to you? One thing on my ‘To Do List’ is build some bookcases for both sides of the fireplace.

Thanks for stopping by!
